      Classic Caddy Limousine  Inc. Its employees, agents and drivers, are not responsible for non-performance due to equipment failure or due to any reason beyond their control.


        Classic Caddy Limousine Inc. reserves the right to substitute similar vehicles. Our drivers are unable to process credit cards , all overtime charges must be paid with cash or check. Customary gratuity is 15-20% . Telephone charge is $1.00 per minute.  Long distance mileage  rates for out of area  pick up and drop off  are calculated using a flat rate or a hourly rate which ever is greater.


       Our vehicles are all non-smoking. No tobacco products of any kind are permitted. Beverages are welcome in our limousines although food is not. Coolers of any type are allowed in vehicles.


       Classic Caddy Limousine Inc. does not support the use of any illegal substances. If such substances are found by authorities, all cost incurred by both the company and driver will be paid by the customer.


       To maintain our standards, a minimum of $100.00 will be charged for any kind of damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicles. This includes but is not limited to burns, scratches, chips, dents, rips, stains, excessive spilling or soiling or vomit. Decorations of any kind are not permitted on the exterior of our vehicles.


     Classic Caddy Limousine Inc. cannot be responsible for any personal items that are lost or left in our vehicles.
      Classic Caddy Limousine Inc. reserves the right to terminate any run due to breech of contract, unlawful or unsafe conduct or for any other reason.
